Our goal is to provide people with expertise as a strategic tool for development and growth. We map the language and the level of competence of our participants in order to offer tailor -made courses, training and counseling. Our large network in both the private sector and in the business sector allows us to offer a wide range of services in the form of language teaching, career guidance. All courses are planned with the aim of creating a safe framework around course participants so that they feel looked after and respected.
In order for integration to take place, thorough training is needed in the Norwegian language. Through language and social education, we can create understanding and respect for each other across countries and cultures.
Good Norwegian skills create security and lead to greater opportunities in the labor market and in daily life. We want to see people develop their opportunities and reach their goals.
We have long experience from teaching work and vocational Norwegian education, in addition to other work that makes us well qualified to do the job we do. We do our best to fulfill our requirements for good training and guide in accordance with the curriculum and the requirements of Hkdir.

We collaborate with Torill to provide Ukrainian refugees with the opportunity to study Norwegian.
I was so impressed by her willingness to help people, support them, listen to them, and understand. It was so important for Ukrainians to start studying the language without waiting for bureaucratic issues to be resolved. It's crucial for those who have lost their homes and had to flee from the war to find a new home, adapt to the society, make friends, and get integrated.
